A large bulbed and vigorous strain; a real show-stopper. Four to five clove layers with 8 to 20 cloves. Bulbs over 3 inches possible. Mild but lingering flavor with a tingle. Inchelium has a somewhat flattened bulb-shape and makes beautiful braids and is bound to encourage conversation around the table.

We are always really excited when pulling it out of the ground and even more excited when pulling it out of the roaster.

In our humble opinion, there are about 6-12 seed-worthy cloves per bulb, although you will inevitably find more cloves than that as you prepare the bulb for planting. Use your discretion when planting.
