“Music, sweet music. Let there be music everywhere......"  An outstanding porcelain variety, produces very large bulbs and sorta knocks our socks off year after year. Strong, robust plants stand out in the field and offer huge, gleaming white bulbs after harvest.  A sweet and substantial garlic when baked, it is hot when consumed raw.   On average, a single bulb typically offers no more than 4 cloves... but totally worth it in every sense.
