Pahsimeroi is a regional garlic, given to us from some folks who live and garden up the beautiful, remote and high desert Pahsimeroi Valley in Custer County, Idaho. It reminds us of Siberian, with beautiful purple striping color and easy to peel cloves. Very thin papers, with excellent keeping qualities and strong, tasty garlic flavor.
