No matter the winter, the spring conditions, the dry hot transition to summer or even wildfire ash and smoke, King Salmon persists. Over 8 years, we have selected this stock, originating from bulbils from a mixed bed of garlic. Like all of our salmon relatives and friends, this rocambole garlic will endure and that gives us pause and hope. Plus, it tastes amazing.
